In honour of this vision, the Tunku Abdul Rahman Foundation was initially set up in 1966 to provide financial assistance to youths so that they could pursue higher education. Since 2019, the Foundation has expanded its work to further Tunku's legacy. We now empower and develop youth from under-represented backgrounds to become leaders of themselves, their communities, and the nation.

Kuok Foundation Scholarships are offered ONLY to freshmen who are in receipt of the Singapore Ministry of Education Tuition Fee Grant.
